Michele Lawlis Shelton is an international speaker, author, and consultant committed to building inclusive communities in the workplace and beyond. She has almost 20 years of experience leading strategic human resources, organizational development, and diversity initiatives affecting workforces of up to 33,000+ in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Serving previously on both sides of the aisle as a former EEO investigator and statewide director of diversity and equality for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Michele has seen the highs and lows of workplace culture. To that end, she is committed to partnering with multi-sector leaders at all levels to champion healthy, intentional cultures of inclusion and transform the work environment into an experience.
